I need to wash my shoes. I went to Nike's website and they said:

Nylon and Canvas shoes: Using a soft cloth, gently scrub the uppers using mild soap and cold water. Air dry. Do not bleach or use harsh cleaning agents. Do not machine wash or machine dry.

The thing is, I don't really want to hand wash them. So I'm asking you, do you machine wash your sneakers?

You wash then in the dish washer. Make sure that it is on cold temperature or it will shrink and ruin your shoes. But the dish washer on cold works great. Just let them dry outside.

Little more motivation to get a dish washer.

I wash mine in the washer! It hasn't ruined my sneakers yet! You have a nice washer now, so they won't ruin them! I guess I am off to wash my sneakers...they need them bad!!

I've washed my shoes in the washing machine before... some washing machines even have a setting for stuff like that (my mom's does but the crappy circa-1970 washer in my apartment building-- not so much). I've never had a problem with it, though!

All the time! Take out the laces, throw them in the washer, take them out and dry them in the sun.
