I've been coveting one of these for all of my married 9 years now. The other day I was multi-tasking, which included watching TV, and I saw an infomercial for the 5 Quart Artisan Series Stand Mixer + a free attachment (either the Pasta Kit or the Ice Cream Maker) + a free Mixer Bible + a free 5 piece gadget set all for $299! That's a steal, right? Not sure why I haven't placed my order yet. Just think of all the tasty things I could make with this in my kitchen arsenal.

I love my kitchen aid mixer! It's funny what things you get excited over as you get older...i couldn't live w/o it!
I got one for our wedding. Uhm... I use it to make cookies. That's about it. I'm so bad.
