Sushi Chefs.

Darren and Kirsten invited Logan & Michelle, Jared & Andy, Mark and us to their house for sushi last night. When we got there they had all of the fish, rice, seaweed and other "fillings" ready and they taught us how to make our own rolls. We had a great time and it was a fun and different way to get together with friends for dinner. I documented J making a roll below.

Put the rice on the textured side of the seaweed.

Flip the seaweed with rice over and add spicy mayo.

Add salmon and cucumber.

Sprinkle with tobiko.

Use the bamboo mat to make the roll.

After rolling.
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

Add tobiko and Itadakimas!
